For 22 years, I have seen the same RFP's that have circulated for decades that are not asking the right questions. I can zoom in on the areas that cause the most problems which end up in service delivery issues, or worse.

If you are using an insurance broker to run a travel risk management RFP, they may not have the experience or expertise to understand where the landmines are located. Often they are also being paid a commission from their favorite vendor.
